Michael Keeler, a doctoral candidate in the Leadership and Change program at Antioch University, is studying how startup teams develop their norms and habits around mental health. He is seeking participants willing to share their experiences in a confidential interview.

You may be eligible if you:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have worked as a member of a startup team (an early-stage company of fewer than 50 employees) for at least six months
• Have direct experience of one or more moments when mental health became relevant in your team environment
• Are comfortable being interviewed in English

Participation is one confidential, recorded 60-minute Zoom interview. You may keep your camera off and use a pseudonym. Participation is entirely voluntary.
